HSE MANAGEMENT
A Structured Approach to Safe Site Operations
Our HSE approach is designed to identify potential risks, establish appropriate controls and maintain safe working practices throughout project activities. HSE requirements are coordinated according to the project scope, site conditions and client procedures.
01- Risk Assessment & JSA/TRA
Contracting, site support, fabrication and procurement solutions for oil and gas operations.

Where required by the project or client, work activities are coordinated through applicable Permit to Work procedures and authorization requirements.
03- Site HSE Induction
Personnel are briefed on relevant site rules, hazards, emergency arrangements, PPE requirements and safe working practices before commencing site activities.

Site inspections and monitoring help identify unsafe conditions, verify controls and support corrective actions where required.
